VisionSnap collects your email address and password when you create an account. We also log scan counts for usage tracking and billing purposes.
When you analyze an image, it is sent to our server and forwarded to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. Images are NOT stored on our servers. They are processed in real-time and immediately discarded after the analysis result is returned.
Your account information is stored securely in our database. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text. Your license key is stored locally in your browser's extension storage.

We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or any form of behavioral tracking. We do not sell or share your data with anyone.
You can delete your account at any time by contacting support@visionsnap.app. All associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
